Warehouse Driver We're seeking a Warehouse Driver with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to support daily operations, including transporting products, receiving shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory management. This role requires precision, safe driving practices, and adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Safely transport products between warehouse locations and stores. Track and manage incoming/outgoing products, ensuring accurate inventory checks. Accurately count in products and allocate them to bins. Efficiently pick, pack, and assist in shipping orders when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and achieve team goals. Requirements High school diploma or GED. 1 year of warehouse or delivery driver experience preferred but not required. Box truck experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong counting and organizational skills. Knowledge of local routes and traffic laws is a plus. Warehouse Associate Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic warehouse team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for counting in products, allocating them to bins, and sticking products. You'll play a crucial role in managing the flow of shipments, ensuring that products are accurately counted and distributed to our stores across Hawaii. Good counting skills are essential, and we value a positive, energetic attitude to maintain the great team spirit in our warehouse.

OBJECTIVES
Follow safety procedures, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and ensure the safe operation of equipment and vehicles. Take precautions to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to goods or property. Maintain efficient warehouse operations by moving goods in a timely manner, ensuring that materials are loaded, unloaded, and transported efficiently. Minimize downtime, optimize routes, and contribute to overall productivity. Handle goods with precision, verify product information, and properly label and organize materials. Prevent errors in shipments, reduce inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Prioritize and complete tasks related to order picking, packing, and loading within the given time frames. Effectively communicate with others, provide updates on tasks, report any issues or concerns, and collaborate with team members and warehouse manager to ensure smooth operations. Safely operate and maintain work equipment and transportation vehicle.
COMPETENCIES
Understanding of operating different types of equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maneuvering these vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Knowledgeable about safety procedures, such as proper lifting techniques and loading capacities. Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain a secure work environment. Accurately documenting received and shipped goods and ensuring proper storage and organization. Detail-oriented to ensure that products are accurately labeled, matched with the corresponding documentation, and stored in the appropriate locations. Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly to maintain inventory accuracy. Efficient time management to meet delivery schedules and optimize productivity. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage the workload effectively, and coordinate with other warehouse personnel to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries. Strong communication skills to effectively convey information, coordinate tasks, and report any issues or concerns that may arise during operations. Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects, work in varying temperatures, and spend extended periods on feet. Possess basic computer skills to operate inventory management software, bar code scanners, and other warehouse-related tools or systems. Understand the importance of customer satisfaction, provide excellent service, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clean driving abstract 1 year experience working in a warehouse preferred 1 year delivery experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to safely climb a ladder. Ability to operate a forklift effectively. Moving and standing for long periods of time. Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling and moving items up to 75lbs.
