The Opportunity HFA is seeking a Warehouse Loader to support our night warehouse operations team by safely loading and organizing perishable food products for island-wide deliveries. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, physical activity, and being part of a team that keeps daily operations moving. What You'll Do Load pallets and loose perishable products onto delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks Ensure cargo is properly secured and balanced for safe transportation Verify product counts and shipment accuracy before dispatch Organize and stage loads according to delivery routes Maintain a clean and organized loading area Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors Assist with occasional box truck driving duties as needed Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards What We're Looking For Valid Driver's License required Previous warehouse experience preferred Forklift certification is a plus Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Comfortable working in cold temperatures and fast-paced warehouse environments Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-minded Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be available to work weekends and holidays HFA is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and affirmative action employer.
