Delivery Driver & Warehouse - Part Time (Kahului)

Compensation:

Hourly, commensurate with experience Eligible for bi-annual bonuses Flexible work environment Outdoor Living is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver to join our Kahului team. We are a specialist in outdoor furnishings and accessories , established on Maui since 1998. We are the largest supplier of outdoor furnishings in the state of Hawaii, with two locations state-wide. This position requires a clean driving record, good work ethics, and skills in customer service and time management. Furniture assembly, finishing work, and some heavy lifting involved. Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure effective movement inventory between containers, within the warehouse, and on the sales floor Communicating respectfully and politely with clients Completing client deliveries and pick-ups in a timely manner Completing required paperwork and obtaining client approval when needed Competent photography skills of completed installations Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading the vehicle Perform product assembly, finishing and repairs Maintaining work space and delivery vehicle Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Valid Hawaii Driver's License with a clean driving record Good customer service skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in written form Good work ethics and collegial interpersonal skills, team player with positive attitude Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Education and Experience:

Minimum High school diploma or equivalent Relevant experience

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds. Must be able to sit in a vehicle for extended periods of time.
