Job Description
- Warehouse Picker $16(1st & 2nd Shift)
Davenport, IA Shift:
5am-1:30pm (+ overtime) 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (+ overtime)- Position Overview
- We are hiring detail-oriented Warehouse Pickers to join a large, fast-paced distribution center in Davenport. This role is critical to ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately to customers—including international locations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth and advancement.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Pick and pack orders accurately using an RF scanner + Sort and stage boxes onto pallets for shipment + Handle a wide range of products—from small packages to large machine parts + Use appropriate lifting equipment to safely move heavier items + Load and unload pallets and trailers efficiently + Verify product accuracy to ensure correct shipments + Perform general warehouse duties including packaging, sorting, and inventory support + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Follow all quality standards with a strong focus on accuracy over speed + Work scheduled hours plus mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays •Qualifications•+ 3-6 months of warehouse experience preferred + Experience with order picking, packing, or inventory tasks + Ability to use or quickly learn RF scanners + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly + Comfortable working around material handling equipment + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment + Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed •Preferred Experience•+ Distribution center or general labor experience + Shipping/receiving or inventory experience + Exposure to large-item handling or heavy materials + Willingness to be trained on equipment (including forklifts) •Why Join Us?

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
