In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse distribution activities, including order fulfillment, stocking, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. Your proactive approach will help us deliver outstanding service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse Process all returns and warranties Process orders using the computer to print pick sheets and customer invoices. Print labels for shipments and for stock inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail Assist in stock replenishment by stocking shelves and organizing inventory in designated areas Support shipping and receiving processes by inspecting incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders Utilize order picker equipment for high-reach areas to ensure proper stock placement Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment following safety protocols Opportunity for advancement Some overtime may be required during peak business Qualifications Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution operations Proficiency with forklift operation, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Must be able to pass a background check Join us as a Warehouse Associate and be part of a dedicated team that values safety, efficiency, and excellence.
