Job Description

Our client is growing rapidly, and we are hiring motivated individuals to join their production team! We are currently seeking associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is critical to packaging operations, quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and interested in a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Schedules:
1st
Shift:
Start (5:00am
  • 7:00am) to End (3:00pm
  • 4:30pm)
  • varies by business unit @ 17.
50/hr. 2nd
Shift:
Start (2:45pm
  • 4:00pm) to End (3:00am
  • 4::00am)
  • varies by business unit @ 18.
50/hr. $3.00/hr. pay incentive if you achive perect attendance each week
Job Responsibilities:
Pack dry goods and finished products according to production standards. Assemble boxes and packaging materials as required. Use a glue gun to secure packaging and product components. Place products onto production lines for processing and packaging. Assist with general assembly line responsibilities as assigned. Work additional hours as needed to complete production orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift. Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Inspect finished products and report quality concerns. Form cartons, apply labels, and complete required documentation. Weigh, number, and stack finished cases onto pallets. Assist operators with roll changes as needed. Perform safety and quality checks throughout the shift. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all job safety analyses (JSAs), policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least 18 years of age. Ability to work 12-hour shifts. Willingness to work overtime as required. Ability to follow safety, quality, and work instructions. Pass background and drug screening.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for 12+ hours. Regular lifting and carrying of 10-50 lbs. Frequent pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, and bending. Repetitive motions, reaching, and grasping throughout the shift. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
