Job Description
Duties of the Warehouse Associate include providing support to our production and warehouse team, assisting in daily production fulfillment needs and our company's general warehouse activities.
Responsibilities/Duties :
- Stocking shelves/maintain organized warehouse
- Driving Fork Truck & Scissors Lift
- Checking in trucks & unloading merchandise
- Maintenance of warehouse equipment
- Cleaning warehouse, removing garbage and recycling from production area
- Maintain proper inventory for materials and products
- Maintain inventory of all garments
- Assisting office with moving boxes as needed
- Maintain a tidy & positive warehouse environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Able to handle large volume workload accurately and efficiently.
- Able to perform under deadlines
- Must be well organized
- Is consistently at work and on time
Work Context:
- Requires repetitive movements
- Requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, ability to carry, drive, and read paperwork
- Requires good vision
- Job tasks are performed in close proximity to other people
- Other duties may include helping in other areas of the warehouse and company including pulling orders, matching paperwork and tackle twill, matching silk screen, peeling items for garments to prep for production, cleaning, yard work, driving stock chaser, and any other maintenance duties that may need to be completed around the company buildings.
Education and Experience :
- Previous experience in retail/warehouse environments a plus.
