What We're Looking For We're hiring for our Warehouse Utility teams for day and night shifts at our St. Ansgar, Iowa facility. This is a full-time role on a 4-on/4-off schedule with shifts from 7 AM to 7:30 PM or 7 PM to 7:30 AM (fixed shifts-no switching between days and nights). What You'll Do Operate toting stations to fill super sacks with oatmeal and other grain products.
Use a forklift to transport super sacks and update inventory in our warehouse system.
Print and apply tracking labels, tie, label, and stretch-wrap sacks for storage.
Perform quality checks, inspect magnets for foreign materials, and maintain a clean workspace.
Assist with loading bulk trailers and support mill operations as needed. What We're Looking For Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who work well in a team environment.
Ability to follow safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Forklift experience and familiarity with warehouse racking systems preferred.
