As a 2nd shift DC General Warehouse Associate, Equipment Operator, you will hold a key position in our operations, guaranteeing that our warehouse operates seamlessly and productively. Starting rate on 2nd shift: $23.50/hr Additional incentives of up to $5.50/hr based on performance! Shift start time typically is 3p-11:30p but can start at staggered times of 4p, 5p, or 6p. Responsibilities Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining our exceptionally high standards. Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flawless flow of goods throughout the facility. Assist site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records. Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to determine and successfully implement solutions. Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch, ensuring that every order meets our world-class quality standards. Follow company compliance along with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements rigorously. Maintain regular and reliable attendance to support our ambitious operational goals. Carry out other duties as assigned to contribute to the team's success. Pay Range:

• $15.00
• $30.15
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
