DC General Warehouse Associate - Midshift

• Starting rate on 2nd shift: $21.00/hr with additional incentives of up to $5.50/hr based on performance!
• Shift start time typically is 11:30a-8p
• Overtime as required.
• Responsibilities
• + Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.

+ Perform general warehouse duties facilitating the flawless flow of goods. + Assist site management to align with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records. + Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to find solutions. + Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch with outstanding attention to detail. + Follow Company compliance along with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements rigorously. + Maintain regular and reliable attendance to ensure seamless operations. + Undertake other duties as assigned to support the team and business objectives. Requirements + Proven experience in a warehouse setting or similar role. + Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. + High level of precision and well-developed organizational abilities. + Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. + Dedication to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. + Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed. + Dependable, timely, and capable of working alone or collaboratively with others. • Pay Range:

• $15.00
• $34.66
• _Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles_
• OR•_Hourly for all other roles.

• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
