Job Description

Overview We are a wholesale Fence Distribution Company. Dealing with a lot of different SKU #s and fencing materials. Customer service is what we pride ourselves on., we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse knowledge. The Warehouse Lead Associate will play a critical role in managing inventory, and optimizing warehouse processes to support our distribution activities. Duties Help warehouse manager too coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management Meet operational goals while maintaining safety standards Manage materials handling tasks, including heavy lifting and the operation of forklifts (certification preferred) Interact with customers and provide unparalleled customer service Cut and carry long steel pipe Picking and pulling of customers orders daily Ensure compliance with safety protocols across all warehouse operations Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and equipment use Other duties as assigned Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision, with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes Elite communication skills Knowledge of inventory management, control systems, materials handling, and shipping & receiving protocols Strong attention to detail-accuracy in work is a must Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred) and perform heavy lifting as required Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment Able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy Ability to implement process improvements for operational efficiency General math skills required-ability to read and effectively use a tape measure Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 60lbs Able to stand for long hours at a time Maybe required to work outside in inclement weather This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team within a growing organization committed to operational excellence.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
