Warehouse Worker — Lead Track Caldwell, Idaho | Full-Time | Growth Opportunity We are an established company expanding with new operations in Caldwell, ID, and we are looking for a driven, safety-minded Warehouse Worker to join our team — and grow into a Warehouse Lead role. About the Role This is a ground-floor opportunity at our new Caldwell facility. You will begin as a Warehouse Worker and be trained with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to advance into a Warehouse Lead position. We invest in our people — your success is our success. Key Responsibilities Receive, organize, and ship high-volume inventory accurately and efficiently Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely in accordance with company protocols Handle and stage cabinetry and related products with care to prevent damage Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines without exception Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets Participate in training programs and demonstrate readiness for leadership advancement Assist in receiving and quality-checking incoming shipments
Qualifications Required:
Ability to work in a high-volume warehouse environment Strong commitment to workplace safety — safety is our #1 priority Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely Preferred (not required — we will train the right person): Experience in cabinetry, millwork, or finish carpentry Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience Previous warehouse or distribution center experience Prior supervisory or team lead experience What We Offer Clear advancement path to Warehouse Lead with structured training Competitive pay commensurate with experience Stable employment with an established company Safety-first culture — we go home healthy every day Supportive team environment in a brand-new facility Safety Is Not Optional — It Is Our Standard Every team member is expected to uphold and champion our safety culture from day one.
