We're looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team! This dual-role position supports both Shipping & Receiving (S&R) and Loader Unloader functions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You'll Be Doing:

Shipping & Receiving Duties:

Manage the flow of deliveries using "pick tickets" and scheduling tools. Coordinate delivery timelines to meet customer and forecasted demands. Communicate with sales coordinators to confirm project schedules. Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation. Answer customer inquiries about deliveries via phone. Ensure materials are shipped and received on time and in good condition. Loader Unloader /

Warehouse Duties:

Load and unload materials to/from pallets, trucks, and customer vehicles. Build safe and balanced loads for transport based on weight and order details. Move materials using forklifts, hand trucks, and other tools. Properly label and tag items for easy identification. Follow all safety protocols and attend safety meetings. Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse experience preferred (3+ months). Forklift certification (required). Basic math and reading skills to handle work orders and labels. Knowledge of safe handling, lifting, and loading practices. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 80 lbs. Comfortable with climbing, lifting, pushing, or kneeling. Work takes place in a yard/warehouse setting with varying temperatures, dust, noise, and equipment.
