Warehouse Lead Associate

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting warehouse operations through inventory management, freight handling, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. Position Details Starting Pay:

$20.00 per hour

This role performs work related to incoming freight, warehouse organization, truck loading, inventory movement, and customer delivery support. Team members will assist with warehousing, material handling, labeling, and other related operational duties as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently receive goods into the warehouse Organize warehouse inventory and categorize materials Process inbound and outbound shipments Stage and load freight for delivery routes Resolve operational issues related to warehouse activities Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Support the movement, storage, and distribution of materials and freight Foster a positive team environment through communication and collaboration Maintain accurate and compliant shipping documentation Assist with inventory tracking, reporting, and operational controls Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, and other warehouse equipment Adjust work hours when necessary to support operational productivity Qualifications & Experience 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices Forklift operating experience highly preferred Knowledge of 5S philosophy preferred Experience with inventory management systems is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while remaining self-motivated Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Additional Information Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required for this position.
