Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our operations running smoothly! In this vital role, you will be responsible for handling inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Your proactive approach will ensure timely order fulfillment and contribute to the overall efficiency of our distribution process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems and logistics while supporting a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move stock efficiently within the warehouse. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements accurately. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and care. Stock shelves and organize inventory using proper labeling and storage techniques. Conduct regular stock counts and update records in the warehouse management system (WMS). Support order fulfillment activities by ensuring timely picking, packing, and dispatching of orders. Not Required but Preferred Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is preferred. Previous experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks is preferred . Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking. Ability to perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and inventory counts. Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, including load & unload operations. Familiarity with e-commerce order picking, packing, and shipping processes. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and order fulfillment tasks.
