• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in various asphalt maintenance settings such as crack repair, asphalt repair, sealing, sweeping/cleaning, driving truck with trailer.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist crack repair using crack fill machine, paver, sweeping truck and hand tools.
• Perform general labor duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate pickup, crackfill machine, or other machinery as needed.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in asphalt, concrete or other outside construction is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge to operate power tools and hand tools effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail and work as part of a team.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
• Willing to work outside.
