Temporary Warehouse Laborer Rock Your Show Meridian, ID Job Details Temporary $21 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Forklift Certification Packing Forklift Attention to detail Warehouse experience Full Job Description Position Summary Rock Your Show is seeking a reliable, hardworking temporary warehouse worker to assist with relocating inventory, equipment, tools, and materials from one warehouse to another. This is a hands-on position involving packing, loading, unloading, organizing, and setting up materials in the new warehouse. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pack, wrap, label, and prepare inventory and equipment for transportation Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and storage crates Move exhibit components, tools, materials, furniture, and other warehouse items Sort and organize materials according to the warehouse move plan Place inventory in assigned aisles, bays, shelves, and storage areas Assist with assembling or disassembling shelving, workstations, and storage systems Keep accurate labels on items throughout the move Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at both locations Follow instructions from the warehouse and operations team Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly labeled items Follow all company safety procedures and proper lifting practices Perform other warehouse and move-related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, moving, construction, shipping, or general labor experience preferred Ability to follow directions and work efficiently with limited supervision Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail, especially when labeling and placing inventory Comfortable working around trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, shelving, and warehouse equipment Ability to work cooperatively with a team Valid driver's license preferred Forklift experience or certification is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, push, and pull throughout the workday Ability to safely move larger or heavier items with assistance or equipment Comfortable working in warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures, dust, and noise Temporary Assignment Details This position is expected to last approximately 2 weeks, beginning June 10 and ending around June 24. The schedule and assignment length may vary depending on the progress of the warehouse move. Employment is temporary and does not guarantee continued employment after the move is complete.
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
