Warehouse Worker Flooring Department Location Boise, Idaho Store 3301 E Lanark St Meridian, ID 83642 Hours Full-Time Starting Wage $18.00 per hour Description Warehouse Worker Flooring Department RC Willey is seeking an organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to support operations in our Flooring Department. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you'll manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure efficient workflow while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. We're looking for a detail-oriented team player who is committed to accuracy, efficiency, and upholding RC Willey's high standards.

Key Responsibilities Receive, count and stock merchandise in staging areas or upon shelving Verify inventory, examine and inspect merchandise for defects Coordinate merchandise transfers Pull and cut flooring products and prepare for transport Load and unload merchandise shipments Assist customers with will call orders All other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Ability to work in heights up to 30 feet Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals Must be at least 18 years old To help keep our associates and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
