401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dental insurance Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Summary Victory Doors & Millwork is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and help ensure inventory, receiving, shipping, and material flow are handled accurately and efficiently. This position works closely with the Warehouse Manager and Production Manager to maintain an organized, safe, and productive warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks while helping coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities. Responsibilities Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and materials Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Track inventory shortages, damaged materials, and backorders Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure materials are available for production schedules Coordinate shipments with transportation providers and vendors Answer incoming calls regarding deliveries, inventory, and customer orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Assist in training new warehouse employees as needed Follow and enforce company safety procedures and warehouse standards Fill in where needed to ensure warehouse operations continue without interruption Communicate effectively with warehouse management, production staff, vendors, and customers Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred Forklift certification or experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Basic computer and inventory management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30
