This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. As a General Hand, you will assist with assembly, equipment operation, and general warehouse duties to ensure smooth production and efficient operations. Responsibilities Operate and maintain warehouse and production equipment Assist on the assembly line , assembling parts and products to specifications Use hand tools and power tools for fabrication and production tasks Perform quality control checks on finished products Support workflow efficiency by collaborating with team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the facility Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred Forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided) Comfortable using hand and power tools Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful for troubleshooting equipment issues Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Why Work With Us?
