• Paint Prep Laborer ($18-19/hr) Job Duties Clean and prepare parts for painting using chemicals Tape, handle, and organize parts before & after painting Sand, deburr, and sandblast parts for a smooth finish Inspect parts for quality and defects Maintain a fast production pace (1,500-3,000 parts per shift) Requirements Manufacturing / production experience preferred Good attention to detail Ability to handle repetitive work Basic math and computer skills Ability to meet daily targets and work independently Physical Requirements Stand for long hours Handle small parts Lift up to 35 lbs when needed Comfortable working with chemicals (mask/respirator provided) Work Environment Fast-paced production setting Work with tools, sandblasting, and paint processes Team-focused workplace with strong safety standards Apply Now Apply fast•positions are filling quickly!
