MATERIAL HANDLER/LOADER

for our night shift Desired Skills & Experience 1-2 years experience in material handling loading or receiving product Previous warehouse experience High school diploma or equivalent Forklift Certification or able to obtain fork lift operators' certificate. Will train but experience preferred. Overhead crane experience preferred Demonstrated knowledge of hand woodworking tools and the operation of power tools such as table saw, chop saw etc. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and quality Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Must be reliable and possess good time management skills Possess a valid driver's license and a clear criminal record check

Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move heavy material/slabs from one place to another throughout the warehouse Inventory tracking Always ensuring all loads are secure on A-Frame as required by using strapping, banding, cleating, etc Move heavy materials for Floform /customers using air lifters and forklifts Move A-frames, safely and accurately transfer, store, and/or package for shipment various finished and unfinished product.
