• We are hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to support operations in a high-volume distribution facility located in and around Post Falls. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining organized inventory, and fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities

Shipping Operations:

• + Accurately pack, label, scan, and prepare products for shipment while ensuring timely loading onto outbound trucks. +

• Receiving Duties:

• + Unload incoming deliveries, inspect items for damage, verify quantities, and organize products for storage. +

• Stocking & Storage:

• + Place items in designated warehouse locations using handheld scanners and equipment while maintaining an organized workspace. +

• Order Fulfillment:

• + Select and pack items based on order requirements, ensuring accuracy and meeting productivity standards. +

• Inventory Management:

• + Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, update inventory systems, and report discrepancies.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• + Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required + Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse tools preferred + Basic computer knowledge for tracking and data entry + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
