1st Shift | Monday - Friday Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble small components and cables using drawings, samples, and written instructions. The position involves working with lightweight parts and performing basic assembly, soldering, and testing tasks in a production environment. Responsibilities Assemble small components and cable units according to instructions and drawings Cut, strip, crimp, and connect wires Form and bend components as required Perform silver soldering and basic electrical testing Measure lengths and diameters using rulers, tapes, and micrometers Use hand and power tools such as wire cutters, strippers, soldering torch, and sandblaster Inspect materials and report defective parts or equipment issues to the supervisor Maintain production records and documentation Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean Qualifications Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic mechanical or assembly experience preferred Comfortable using hand tools and measuring tools Work Environment Manufacturing setting Work with small, lightweight components Training provided Benefits Health insurance Paid training Full-time position Stable Monday-Friday schedule

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
