Warehouse Associate

Job Summary The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations through inventory management, data entry, and shipping/receiving activities. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring efficient warehouse workflow. The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and operational standards. Essential Job Functions Perform shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading materials Accurately process inventory transactions and perform data entry within ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar) Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment in accordance with company standards Organize and store materials to ensure efficient warehouse operations Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, if certified) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in support of business operations Additional Duties Employees may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet business needs. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment Basic computer skills with data entry experience Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety, training, and operational coordination Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar) Experience with cycle counting and inventory control processes Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes Effective organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and system navigation Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and report discrepancies Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, stretching, and reaching for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift) Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
