  • Warehouse Associate (Full-Time) Antioch, IL Join Our Team!
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Antioch, IL. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products are received, handled, and shipped efficiently and safely. What You'll Do Primary Responsibilities Move finished goods that have been staged and palletized on the production floor to the shipping and receiving area. Prepare finished products for shipment by properly wrapping and securing all pallets. Load and unload products and raw materials from trucks. Receive incoming goods, verify items against shipping records, inspect for damage, and route materials to the appropriate department. Maintain high accuracy in product selection while efficiently and safely loading trucks to support on-time, error-free deliveries. Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report any defects, damage, or safety concerns immediately. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including: Walkie riders Reach trucks (with camera systems) Sit-down forklifts Clamp trucks Floor scrubbers Create and manage bales of recycled paper and dispose of them as necessary. Retrieve recycling containers (gondolas) and empty them into the baler throughout the day. Assist production staff with collecting and emptying garbage bins at the end of the day, as needed. Perform daily warehouse and shipping area cleanup duties. Food Safety & Compliance Follow all company safety and food quality standards, including: GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) HACCP guidelines GFSI standards Sanitation and safety policies Shift Schedule Day Shift Position

  • 4:00 PM (overtime may be required based on business needs) What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of warehouse or related experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work Team player with strong attention to detail Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, WMS) Experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.
