Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a Full Time Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate . This is an opportunity with a growing company. You would be responsible for ensuring that inbound and outbound shipments meet customer and company standards. Additionally, you will verify that counts of items being shipped and received are accurate, as well as ensure that monthly inventory counts are performed correctly. Coordinates with others to schedule Inbound and Outbound transportation. In all tasks, the shipping coordinator must meet company safety standards to ensure the work environment is safe. The coordinator is in charge of making sure that all paperwork is filed accurately for shipped and received items in accordance with company standards. All associates are expected to follow other job related instructions and tasks as directed by management. Experience Must be able to stand for entire shift; lift 15-25 lbs and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Ability to meet physical demands involving extended periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Strong computers skills with MS Office Operate forklift. Fulfill outbound LTL shipments Fulfill outbound UPS/FedEx shipments Receiving inbound shipments and entering into computer Inspection and verification of products NAFTA paperwork Export documentation Inventory maintenance Cycle counts General warehouse cleanup Scheduling of warehouse equipment maintenance Attention to detail and good math skills Good communication skills Shipping and receiving experience a plus
