Shift Time:

10AM to 6PM Duties Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected. Pack items securely and efficiently, preparing them for shipping while maintaining quality standards. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and load/unload heavy materials safely following OSHA guidelines. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading trucks with heavy equipment and manually handling materials. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices for materials handling. Support inventory management through regular cycle counts and stock replenishment activities. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize order picking workflows and improve overall efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar environments with knowledge of order picking and shipping & receiving processes. Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks safely; certification preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and extended periods of standing or walking. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment operation. Previous experience in construction or materials handling is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
