POSITION SUMMARY

Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for supporting the daily requirements of the company and their managers to ensure an exceptional customer experience. While participating in the overall warehouse strategy, this individual is responsible for their own individual output while contributing to the overall success of all warehouse teams.

This position is subject to overtime, depending on business needs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESUnload, count, inspect, palletize, unitize, strap, kit, assemble, wrap, consolidate, put-away, replenish, pick, pack, and ship company goods as assigned by Supervisors, Managers, or the DirectorPrepare and maintain documentation of the above-mentioned actionsInspect inbound shipments and approve or deny receipt based on condition of goods receivedCommunicate any errors or discrepancies to supervisors as they are uncoveredContribute to company goals in order processing for receipt and shipmentAssist with inventory controlAid in the general maintenance and upkeep of the facilities and equipmentStay current on all warehouse training to promote a safe working environmentNotify management when goods are found to be in inadequate condition for shipmentsAll other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by supervisors and upper management

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalentEfficient time management and organizational skillsMust have good math skillsAbility to handle stressful situations while maintaining a positive attitudeMust be self-motivated, proactive, positive, and results-oriented Must pass a drug screen and background investigationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities to meet tight deadlinesWilling to work weekends and overtime during peak business periods

Physical Requirements:

Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.

Regularly required to walk or stand for extended periods of timeAbility to safely operate and control warehouse equipment and machinery
