The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating cherry picker equipment to efficiently pick and transport materials within the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate cherry picker equipment to retrieve and transport products from high storage locations. 1st Shift-8am-5pm possibilities of overtime on Saturdays Load and unload materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed. Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure timely shipping and receiving of goods. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on heavy equipment, to ensure safe operation. Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency and accessibility of materials. Participate in regular safety training sessions and adhere to all safety guidelines while operating equipment. Must be able to help in warehouse if need or if demands are slow. Must be a team player Experience Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving heavy equipment operation or materials handling. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus. Experience working with warehouse management systems is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting (cabinets) as required by the job duties. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
