PM, Monday-Friday Pay Rate:
$20•22/hour (based on experience)

Temp-to-Perm Goodwill TalentBridge is hiring Warehouse Associates for a 2nd shift opportunity in Buffalo Grove, IL. This is a temp-to-hire role with the potential for long-term employment and full benefits upon conversion. Why You'll Want This Role Temp-to-permanent opportunity Weekly pay Competitive hourly rate Quick and straightforward hiring process Supportive leadership and a positive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement once hired on Job Responsibilities Use an RF scanner to accurately pick and fill customer orders Pick items and place them into designated containers Label orders and pallets accurately Inspect product condition and verify order accuracy prior to shipment Pack and prepare completed orders for shipping Assist with loading shipments onto trucks Qualifications Prior warehouse experience, including RF scanning, picking, packing and shipping/receiving Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, UPS/FedEx systems) Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and remain on your feet for an 8-hour shift Willingness to work overtime and stay after 11:15 PM when required Experience with forklifts, cherry pickers, or electric pallet jacks (EPJ) is preferred but not required
