We are seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse operations team as a Full Case Selector. Position Summary As a Full Case Selector, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately selected, assembled, and prepared for shipment. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and taking pride in a job well done. What You'll Do Select and build customer orders accurately and efficiently. Safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures. Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-moving warehouse setting. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements This position involves frequent heavy lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Team members regularly lift and move full cases of product throughout their shift. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work in a warehouse environment. Why Join Us?
