Full-Time About the Role We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Pick & Pack Warehouse Associates to join our team in Carol Stream, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shift Options & Pay 1st

Shift:

Monday•Thursday, 6:00 AM•4:30

PM Pay:

$16.50/hour

Weekend Shift:

Friday•Sunday, 6:00 AM•6:00

PM Pay:

$17.50/hour Key Responsibilities Pick and pack orders accurately based on order sheets Use RF scanner to locate, verify, and track inventory Prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality and correctness Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Meet productivity and accuracy standards Qualifications Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred (not required) Experience using RF scanners preferred Ability to stand, walk long distances through out the day Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
