PM Pay Rate:
$19.00 per hour Position Overview The Warehouse Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, labeling, palletizing, and staging products for customer orders using a ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ). This role requires safe equipment operation, attention to detail, and teamwork in a warehouse environment with varying temperature conditions. Interview & Testing Requirements In-person interview required Mandatory Ride-On Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) skills test Resume Requirements Documented experience operating a ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Experience with Electric Pallet Jack Rider (Walkie Rider) Order picking and packing experience Familiarity with inventory, receiving, and handheld scanner usage All employment gaps must be clearly explained in the resume Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, including ride-on EPJ operation Experience in order picking, packing, inventory, receiving, and scanner usage Must be at least 18 years old Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 pounds regularly; heavier items with assistance as needed Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and twisting Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely for extended periods Working Conditions Occasional overtime as required Work in varying temperature environments (refrigerated and dry storage areas) Adherence to all safety protocols and required PPE Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals NIT01
