About the Role As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will play a vital role in our logistics operations by ensuring the efficient flow of inventory through the facility. You will utilize specialized equipment to manage high-density storage, ensuring that our supply chain remains agile and accurate to meet customer demands. Responsibilities Execute precise order picking to ensure timely fulfillment of customer shipments. Operate stand-up reach trucks and various forklift models to transport materials safely throughout the warehouse. Optimize staging area organization to facilitate smooth loading and dispatch processes. Retrieve and put away pallets from high-level racking systems with a focus on safety and accuracy. Utilize scanning technology to verify inventory levels and maintain high data integrity. Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all operational protocols and equipment maintenance guidelines. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience operating stand-up reach trucks. Demonstrated proficiency in operating sit-down and reach forklifts. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate inventory counts. Basic mathematical aptitude for order verification and material tracking. Preferred Skills High school diploma or equivalent certification. Prior experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanning equipment.
