for our manufacturing client to start at$18.35hr.Responsibilities:
Will assist with the production line Will feed the production line with ingredients and materials Responsible for measuring and controlling the ingredients Mix ingredients Overtime mandatory when requiredLocation:
East Chicago Schedule/Shift Details 2nd shift - 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm - $18.35hr. Qualifications Prior manufacturing experience preferred Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends when needed Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to work in a refrigerated environment. Integrity - Benefit Guide - Active Employee.pdf IL Paid Leave for All Workers An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.? An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.? Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.Eligibility:
? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work. The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.?
