Your energetic presence will help guests enjoy unforgettable adventures on the water while maintaining safety protocols and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers a dynamic outdoor environment where your mechanical skills and enthusiasm for water sports will shine, making every day exciting and rewarding. Responsibilities Assist customers with launching and retrieving jetskis, ensuring proper rigging and secure handling of equipment Conduct safety briefings for guests, explaining operational procedures and safety guidelines before rentals Perform routine inspections of jetskis and docking equipment to identify maintenance needs or mechanical issues Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock area, ensuring all gear is stored properly and safety standards are met Support in rigging jetskis for rental use, including attaching safety lanyards, fuel checks, and basic mechanical adjustments Monitor weather conditions and water traffic to ensure safe operation of all watercraft activities Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience Requirements Prior experience with jetski and small craft boats on the water. Strong physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver jetskis and related equipment throughout the day Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude Basic understanding of mechanical systems; ability to troubleshoot minor issues is a plus Excellent communication skills to clearly explain safety procedures and assist guests effectively Valid certification or willingness to obtain certifications related to water safety or boating regulations (if applicable) Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
