Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to efficiently move and organize inventory Receive incoming shipments by unloading trucks and verifying contents against delivery documentation Stock shelves accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure proper placement of products Pick and pack customer orders with precision using order pickers, RF scanners, and packing materials Prepare shipments for dispatch by labeling, weighing, and ensuring compliance with shipping standards Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or AS400 platform Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Support order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms by managing small parcel shipments efficiently Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall workflow Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and stocking Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) with certification preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar platforms for inventory control Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and e-commerce logistics workflows Excellent basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Experience with RF scanners for accurate order picking and inventory management Knowledge of packaging standards to ensure products are shipped securely and efficiently Ability to work effectively using order pickers, load & unload equipment, and perform stock replenishment tasks Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
