If you thrive on teamwork, physical activity, and making an impact every day, this role is perfect for you! 7am-330pm Monday-Friday Heavy Lifting when needed Temp to hire $17.50hr Must have GED or HSD and pass a Background check Duties Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely across the warehouse. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process orders for shipment. Perform order picking and packing with precision to ensure correct items are shipped according to customer specifications. Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting goods for quality control, and maintaining accurate records. Stock shelves efficiently by replenishing inventory using mechanical knowledge of stock handling equipment. Assist in warehouse distribution tasks including loading trucks, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean workspace. Support warehouse supervisor in daily operations by adhering to safety protocols and optimizing workflow processes. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or other mechanical loaders is desirable; certification is a bonus. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to streamline order fulfillment tasks. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining quality standards during stock handling or load/unload activities. Strong mechanical aptitude with understanding of packaging techniques, quality control procedures, and basic maintenance of equipment. Previous experience in shipping & receiving operations or order fulfillment roles will help you excel in this position. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions for picking & packing orders accurately.
