Warehouse and Yard Attendant

Reinke Interior Supply Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our team in our Des Plaines, IL office. We are looking for a candidate that has strong Warehouse and Inventory experience. An ideal candidate will handle the daily operations of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving, and picking and packing.

Required Qualifications:

• Heavy lifting, stacking, and pushing.
• Reading comprehension, multitasking, critical thinking, and coordination.
• Control and Manage Inventory
• Inspect condition of incoming materials.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials.
• Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly.
• Receive and fill customers' orders accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and warehouse.
• Forklift operators certificate a plus but will train qualified candidates.
• Must be able to lift at least 80 Lbs.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

An ideal candidate will be flexible and will have the ability to work as a team as well as independent. They will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations and provide impeccable customer service. Experience and knowledge of building materials within the Construction Industry is preferred.
