In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring timely and precise delivery to customers. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help maintain the efficiency of our warehouse operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, heavy equipment operation, and order fulfillment processes within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and process customer orders Stock shelves, load & unload shipments, and organize materials handling tasks to optimize warehouse space Perform quality control checks during picking & packing to ensure order accuracy and product integrity Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including verifying inbound/outbound shipments and maintaining inventory records Support warehouse distribution processes by fulfilling orders promptly and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and equipment operation Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in order picking, packing, stocking, and shipping & receiving Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks is highly preferred Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation is a plus Experience in warehouse supervisor roles or overseeing warehouse operations is advantageous Strong understanding of quality control procedures and safety standards in material handling tasks Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and load/unload activities consistently throughout shifts Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
