Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing goods in an accurate and timely manner. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling orders efficiently, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organized. This position is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting the overall success of our supply chain. Key Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently (if certified) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with shipping and receiving documentation and labeling Follow proper procedures for handling and storing goods, including hazardous materials (if applicable) Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals Report safety hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns to management Support cross-functional tasks and complete other duties as assigned Ensure proper documentation and compliance for inventory and shipping processes Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods Basic math and reading skills for accurate order picking and inventory counts Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or within a team Basic computer skills or experience with inventory systems and scanners preferred Forklift or pallet jack experience/certification is a plus (may be required for some roles) Understanding of warehouse safety practices and a willingness to follow safety guidelines Working Conditions Work is typically performed indoors with minimal exposure to adverse environmental conditions The role is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions, typical warehouse environment. Standard hours with occasional extended hours during peak periods Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Talking and hearing to communicate instructions and feedback Repetitive hand and wrist movements (e.g., typing, scanning, handling materials) Supervisory Responsibilities No direct reports are assigned to this role.
Compensation Pay Range:
$15
