We are looking for a reliable, energetic General Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be part of the backbone of our operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying active, and have a "get it done" attitude, we want to meet you. This is a fast-paced physical job. It's not just picking and packing orders, we deal with large quantiles of materials that can be heavy at times. You will be working alone at times and must be efficient with little supervision. Hours 2nd shift starting between 3-4pm to 11pm-12pm depending on candidates availability.

Key Responsibilities Receiving & Sorting:

Unload incoming company trucks

Packing:

Utilizing baling machine to compress materials and prepare for export.

Inventory Control:

Conduct regular cycle counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management.

Safety & Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace. Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment handling guidelines.

Shipping:

weigh products, and load outgoing trucks efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Attention to

Reliability:

A consistent track record of punctuality and dependability. Forklift experience Experience on baling machine is a plus

Working Conditions Environment:
