WAREHOUSE GENERAL LABORER

Job Summary Noble staffing Solutions is in need of Warehouse General Laborer in the city of Joliet, IL 60436. You will be an essential part of the warehouse operations, handling various tasks, materials handling, and order fulfillment. Monday- Friday 7:00am-4:00pm pay rate $18.00hr. If you are interested please call and ask for Maria 815-488-0207 Duties Perform heavy lifting and materials handling tasks to support manufacturing and distribution activities. Pack and prepare product for shipment with precision using order picking tools and packaging supplies. Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments for delivery. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors on stock control, order fulfillment accuracy, and process improvements to optimize warehouse distribution. Operate heavy forklifts, pallet jacks and load, unload, move, and store materials safely and efficiently if needed. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long periods of standing or walking throughout shifts. Proven ability to follow safety protocols while efficiently completing tasks related to shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and stock replenishment.
