Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for General Labor to join our team in Libertyville, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for working safely in a metal fabrication / manufacturing environment, bringing raw materials to and from machines operating areas to keep production running, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of basic measuring tools, must be a detail oriented person willing and able to contribute to a team effort, and a commitment to producing quality products. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $17/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 1st shift; Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with overtime available on Saturday Located in Libertyville, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Work safely in a metal fabrication / manufacturing environment. Bringing raw materials to and from machines operating areas to keep production running Feed products into machines and remove products off the conveyor as they are finished Lift parts onto racks and use hand tools to knock out laser cut sections Utilize hand tools to remove rough edges from metal products Processing and measuring metal components to customer specifications. Other duties as requested by department supervisor Requirements and Qualifications Understanding of basic measuring tools is helpful Mechanically inclined, understanding manufacturing environments. Eager to bring positive energy and skill sets into the workplace Must be a detail oriented person willing and able to contribute to a team effort. Begin and finish each day with a zero-defect mentality Commitment to producing a quality products Ability to reach, turn, twist, and walk. Ability to stand for the duration of a work shift. Ability to lift 35 lbs. at a time. — (Salary range based on experience) —
