AM Pay:
$21/hour ($18 base + $3 shift differential) Position Overview The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packaging, and shipping materials between departments. This role requires accuracy, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Verify incoming materials against purchase requisitions Pick and prepare orders for production and customer shipments Operate stand-up reach trucks and other Class V forklifts (OSHA-compliant) Prepare skids for freight shipments (wrapping, strapping) Stock shelves and bins with incoming parts Package and perform quality checks on outgoing systems and parts Check in RMA and RTV items Report damages or discrepancies Participate in cycle counts and semi‑annual inventory Contribute ideas during monthly team meetings Qualifications Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagrammed instructions Strong attention to detail Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, decimals) Flexibility to adapt in a fast‑paced environment Reliable team player with willingness to learn Ability to solve routine problems using standard procedures Creativity and initiative in daily tasks Stand Up Reach Truck and/or any of the 5 class forklifts following OSHA requirements.
