What You'll DoInventory & Stock Management Maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse organization Assist with shipping and receiving operations Track materials, equipment, and supplies efficiently Support warehouse management systems and inventory controls Warehouse Operations Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment Handle materials carefully during storage and distribution Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Follow OSHA regulations and company safety standards at all times Delivery & Field Support Pick, stage, and load parts, tools, and equipment for technicians Deliver materials to job sites quickly and professionally Assist with loading and unloading larger equipment when needed Coordinate closely with dispatch and field teams to keep projects moving What It Takes to Win Here You are: Experienced in warehouse operations, delivery, or materials handling Strong with inventory management and staying organized Comfortable operating forklifts and heavy equipment (training available if needed) Familiar with shipping and receiving processes Safety-focused and dependable A team player with strong communication skills Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Equipped with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Why People Choose Leslie We believe in building careers—not just filling positions.
