In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer demands efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Responsibilities Prepare orders by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer specifications using picking & packing techniques Manage shipping & receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized and accessible for quick retrieval Assist with inventory control through stock counts and cycle counts using AS400 or similar systems Support warehouse distribution processes by loading trucks and unloading incoming freight with attention to safety protocols Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and stock management Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software such as AS400 Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and e-commerce logistics workflows Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations during packing or order picking Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, load & unload activities, and standing for extended periods Excellent attention to detail for accurate order picking & packing and inventory tracking Join us in creating an efficient warehouse environment where safety meets productivity!
