Manufacturing General Laborer

Manufacturing General Laborer We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing General Laborer to join our team. This role supports daily production operations by performing a variety of tasks and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast paced setting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist with production line operations, including assembly, packaging and labeling of products Load and unload raw materials and finished goods Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed (training provided) Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic mechanical aptitude preferred Hand tool skills a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent bending stooping and reaching

Starting Salary:
