18.00 Harvest Season Help Seasonal Agricultural Support Associates Needed Champaign County & Surrounding Rural Communities July - November 2026 $18 - $20 Per Hour + Overtime Opportunities Looking for seasonal work with great earning potential this harvest season? We are seeking dependable individuals to assist local agricultural cooperatives throughout Champaign County and surrounding rural communities during the busy fall harvest season. These positions play a critical role in helping area farmers unload and process grain, corn, and soybean harvests safely and efficiently. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in helping others, and are looking for an opportunity to earn substantial overtime during harvest season, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Greet farmers and agricultural customers as they arrive at grain receiving facilities Assist with unloading grain, corn, and soybean trucks and trailers Open and operate trailer dump gates to safely unload harvested crops Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform general facility upkeep including: Mowing grass Weed trimming Cleaning work areas General site maintenance Support facility operations with various tasks as needed throughout the harvest season What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including summer and fall heat Physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and being on your feet for extended periods Friendly, professional attitude when interacting with farmers and customers Own reliable transportation Agricultural, farming, grain handling, or outdoor work experience is helpful but not required Schedule & Hours Harvest season is one of the busiest times of the year, and employees should expect: Long workdays (often 12+ hour shifts) Significant overtime opportunities Flexible schedules based on crop volume and weather conditions Seasonal employment from July through November Pay $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Pay rate depends on work location, experience, and assignment. Locations Positions are available throughout Champaign County and surrounding rural communities. Some facilities may be located up to 30 miles from Champaign.
